DMXCP is a publicly unlisted investment company that is currently open to sophisticated and wholesale investors.

Minimum investment $50,000

Applying for shares in DMX Capital Partners:

1. Fill in the application form on pages 31-33 of the Information Memorandum here: DMXCP IM
2. Get a pharmacist / solicitor / justice of the peace to certify one photographic form of ID (eg. passport, driver's licence) and one non-photographic form of ID (eg. medicare card).
3. Scan & email the application and certified ID to: steven.mccarthy@dmxam.com.au. Alternatively mail to: PO Box 916, Milsons Point, NSW 1565.
4. Transfer funds across ahead of month end fund NAV pricing with YOUR NAME in the reference to the following bank account: Account Name: DMX Capital Partners Limited, Account No: 1779 3478, BSB: 067 167

Topping up holdings for existing shareholders:

Minimum top-up $5,000

No more paperwork required.

Please just transfer funds across by month end with "DMXCP - your surname" in the reference to the following bank account: Account Name: DMX Capital Partners Limited, Account No: 1779 3478, BSB: 067 167 

We also accept monthly direct debit top-up payments - this is an effective means of dollar cost averaging

over time.
